Poptails Review

I was recently sent a copy of Poptails by Erin Nichols (ErinCooks) to review. This cute little book is filled with 60 recipes of frozen cocktails served in popsicle form (hence the name).

A lot of cocktails are sweet and it seems like a no brainer to kick it up a notch during summer and have these treats on hand in your freezer. There are plenty of ideas for parties and seasonal themes as well (helloo spiked maple apple cider).

One recipe I particularly like is the White Wine Sangria. I love how they’re shaped and how perfect they’d be for a hot summer’s bridal shower. There are also some great recipes for dessert on a stick including carrot cake, Girl Guide’s Root Beer Float. I can’t wait to try some of these recipes for myself! What a great treat.
