First thing you do here, if you don’t want to be a fatty and get a huge platter is: get the chicken wings and White Bark Wheat Ale.

The chicken wings are lightly seasoned (just salt and peppered), but super crispy and moist. Paired with the White Bark Wheat Ale. The ale is not too dehydrating, so it’s the perfect summer dish!

The platters themselves are so delicious: the ribs are soft and almost off the bone, the pulled pork is moist and full of flavour, god, I love their cornbread…I want to go back now.
