On May 3, the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver will be holding a Seafood Celebration with David Suzuki and guests to educate and inspire Vancouverites to choose sustainable seafood. Hosted by Chef Ned Bell of YEW restaurant + bar, the event will run from 5pm – 8pm.

Keynote speakers include Dr. David Suzuki and Barton Seaver (National Geographic, chef and author). Ocean-friendly seafood will be served featuring chefs supporting the sustainable seafood movement including Ned Bell (YEW), Robert Clark, Quang Dang (West), Ben Genaille (VCC), Frank Pabst (Chongqing), Kyle Groves (Catch Calgary), Jason Bangerter (Luma – Toronto).
