So, there’s this breakfast joint called Paddingtons in St. Lawrence Market.

I’m not sure whether I like this place or not. My uncle ordered “over-hard” eggs and received some yolkless eggs. I wasn’t sure why someone would pluck the yolks away, but he asked the waitress. The waitress laughed at him and said it was inside. In good humour, my uncle nodded and proceeded to eat, finding the world’s smallest yolks inside the eggs.

“There’s a first for everything,” My uncle joked.

While the food was good, I find it ridiculous there’s a refill cost for coffee. The breakfast itself is not a dive diner or somewhere that’s like a $3.50-$5.00 breakfast. The price is a equivalent to Denny’s.

I really liked the pancakes that I got to try off my uncle’s plate, but wasn’t interested in the French toast they served me at all.

Maybe I’d have to go again when the service is also better. It took forever for them to give us even water and it wasn’t that busy…
