Naturally I perused the inter webs to help me find out what I could do with them. My Blueberry Crumb Bars were good, they were nice and light without being overly sweet or lemony. I added more lemon to my recipe, hoping to have a bit of that clean, citrusy taste to it, but noticed it didn’t do much as the blueberries were the main attraction. I think I might’ve over done it on the top, so make sure you have more crust than crumble when you bake these!
