Filipino sausage traditionally eaten during breakfast, very simple to make. This one is made without the skin, it’ll be a little more crumbly.
Serve with hot rice (or garlic rice) and eggs.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tsp Magic Sarap (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
anatto or paprika to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Roll into sausage shape.
4. Simmer in half a cup of water on low heat, until water dries up and fry in its own fat until cooked.
