Mijita is in the Ferry Building on the Embarcadero. I had a mushroom and cheese quesadilla… and it was depressingly small…and expensive. It was good though. This place reminds me of Granville Island, where you pay a lot for gourmet food but it’s inevitably a tourist trap. The service was really good, the scenery wonderful but I wondered if there was some hearty Mexican joint elsewhere. To be completely honest, my travel partner and I went to Taco Bell after to fill ourselves up.
