Citizens is split into a fast service/to-go area and an actual restaurant. They are also open 24 hours a day. We were looking for a quick place to have breakfast before heading to the airport on our flight home, so we decided to check it out here.
I ordered their eggs benedict which is served with hashbrown salsa and toast. My eggs benny were pretty good and they were fairly huge. But what really surprised me about this meal was the hashbrowns – made with cilantro, green and red pepper – it really gave the dish a southwestern feel. I was so full off the eggs and hash that I didn’t even touch the toast!
