Their menu is always changing, so you may not be able to get the same dish twice! I went with a sandwich for lunch and I’m pretty sure this is what heaven tastes like. Braised beef short rib with parmesan, bibb lettuce, pickled red onions and fresh arugula served with garlic parsley fries.
Sure the sourdough withstood the juicy goodness of the beef short rib – but even if it didn’t, I would’ve ate this messy delight again. Tender, moist and juicy with great flavour – I am dreaming of this sandwich still.
The garlic parsley fries (not pictured because I got too excited wanting to share the sandwich) were crispy, but a bit on the greasier side. It was loaded with garlicky goodness. I apologized profusely to everyone who came in contact with me for the rest of the afternoon.
If you haven’t made a stop to Thyme to Indulge, you should! I will be back to try out their brunch offerings!
