One item in Joe’s recipe arsenal that is a hit with everyone who’s come across it is his Roasted Ham. Its juicy, tender, slightly sweet but not overly so and perfect for big occasions (even small ones!).

Roasted ham is part of our festivities during Christmas, Easter and sometimes during birthdays! In this recipe, you can use an already cooked ham, boil it in a pineapple juice mixture and then bake it. Served deliciously hot and cold.
