Nathalie: I often go to Blue Comet Seafoods at the Farmer’s Market to get their halibut cheeks. I’ve actually never really prepared salmon before but we purchased a pack of sockeye salmon two weeks ago. I came home the other night and Josh had made me this fantastic meal.

IMG_20150711_194535~2 IMG_20150711_194539~2Josh: How I made the salmon steak was I added green onions, garlic, fresh dill, capers, a tiny bit of butter, salt and pepper. The salad is tomato, avocado and caesar dressing. I served with baked potatoes!
