Ellie Goulding kicked off her North American leg of her Delirium tour in Vancouver this past April. With a great selection of her hits and some from her new album, Ellie kept the vibe between fun and laidback. I was surprised how fantastic she is in concert – her voice is so distinctive and she can sure belt a tune!
While her up tempo songs were the crowd favourites, the fans basked in her slower songs and swayed along with our modern version of the lighter at a concert – our phone’s flashlight. Ellie spoke to the crowd several times and each time she was kind and cheeky, very down to earth and thankful. I really enjoyed her concert and I’d definitely see her again if she was in town!
