Remember those freezies that came in a crazy assortment of colours and loaded with lot of sugar when you were growing up? Those were iconic with the summer time. And while everyone remembers the big box of freezies and how they change your tongue different colours, we’ve grown up and want to share these memories with our kids, nieces and nephews, or maybe just want a blast from the past but without the additives.
This is where Tübify comes in – locally based, these freezies are not the same ones you remember from childhood. They come in a much larger plastic tube and are made ethically with all organic and minimally processed real food.
Some of the delicious flavours include: Raspberry Raven Lemonade, Minty Moose Limeade, Blueberry Elephant, Coconut Koala Cafe Latte and Mango Tiger. They also have seasonal flavours too. My favourite of the bunch is the Mango Tiger – it’s a delicious blend of mango, pineapples and coconut. These tropical flavours are perfect for the summer.
You can find Tübify freezies in many places across Metro Vancouver (check out the locations here), plus their Freezer Tricycles that head out to events including local farmers markets.
