Two gorgeous men in suits opening the door to the warm, well appointed space with some tea cocktails awaiting our arrival. There were live musicians and everyone was dressed to the nines (so impressed!). Also, the beautiful and ethereal Coco Rocha made an appearance and talk about stopping the world. I don’t get to be in the company of super models often, but what a great experience to be part of.

Taking over the old Urban Tea Merchant Spot, the Tea Salon is beautifully done. There is an area for dining, the retail area and a takeaway patisserie counter that will feature tea-infused sweets.

TWG Tea Salon offers curiously made tea pots, hand-painted tea tins and other beautiful pieces in it’s interior.

TWG Tea was established in the year 1837 in Singapore, as it served as a trading post for teas, spices and other products. TWG has other fantastic locations around the world including Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Manila, Shanghai and many more.

I’m excited to check out the new space and do a full review of the salon, so stay tuned for that!
In the mean time, check out my quick video of the media preview night at TWG:
