The BC Wellness Show was at the Vancouver Convention Centre last weekend. In it’s 25th year, the show is packed with so many ways to stay healthy in body and mind. Whether you’re looking to amp up your fitness routine or find the latest and greatest in nutrition, the BC Wellness Show is full of knowledgeable people who can answer all your questions and concerns.
The Show is geared towards all ages – there are family centric workshops for example – and many interests including healthy eating.
A lot of my favourites were present including Prana, Vita Coco, Rise Kombucha and Natura. But there were also many new items I was introduced to that were great products. That includes Safe Catch Mercury-safe tuna, Prima Granola, Thirsty Whale Elixirs (a fruit-vinegar-sugar syrup that is tart but sweet), nuPasta (made with konjac) and Whisk Matcha.
Nathalie, as you all know as our resident photographer and contributor walked away with some protein, hemp seeds and other things to add to her daily shakes, so I’m curious to see what she thinks of the products she’s using.
The Wellness Show is definitely a great way to discover new products and learn new techniques and discover services that will help you live a happier, healthier life.
