ChicKing Korean Fried Chicken is a stall located at the Richmond Night Market. As you may have guessed from the title, they serve up fried chicken. At the stall, they deep fry the chicken and then heat it up again with 5 different flavours: k-yangneom, topping cheese falls, honey soy garlic, topping vege deep and k-crazy hot.

I had a hard time trying to figure out which one I wanted to try the most – I narrowed it down to two: the k-yangneom and the k-crazy hot. I went with the k-yangneom and the single sized portion which was $6.
I was impressed by the amount of chicken given for the price point. The chicken was piping hot, tender and juicy. The breading fell a part in some places, but it was still crisp and flavourful, so I didn’t mind at all. I’d definitely want to come back and try the other flavours as well.
