Ah, White Castle. Harold and Kumar’s adventures to this popular fast food chain was iconic back in the day (dating myself again here…sigh…). While there are many locations throughout the US, the closest one to me is Las Vegas.

This White Castle is located right next to Venetian on the Las Vegas strip, if you’re looking for it in the adjacent casino. They are also open 24/7 for your midnight cravings.

The White Castle sliders are made with steam-grilled beef patties – I ordered the Original Slider ($1.29) and the Double Slider ($2.59). The sliders are served on a dinner roll that absorbs a lot of the moisture from the beef patty. The beef patty is pretty thin. There are some chopped onions inside the slider, I added some mustard to kick up the flavour.

Liane ordered the fish slider ($1.79) and she seemed to really enjoy it – she compared it to a baby filet-o-fish.

Overall, if you’re into the hype or you’re already a big fan of White Castle, you’ll be happy to know that you can now get it in Las Vegas.
