If you’ve never been, you must. Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company focuses on fresh, local produce, Ocean Wise seafood and free range, organic meats, along with catering to many dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, etc). They are doing good in their communities as well with school and community gardens teaching kids to eat what’s in season. Besides all the good they do, they make a mean pizza (and their chocolate brownie is one of my faves).
