Diana and I came here to check out their Ube souffle pancakes. The pancakes take 25 minutes to make and are served with soft serve ube ice cream. They have plenty of other flavours too, but we came for that taro goodness.
The souffle pancakes are a decent size and have a nice weight and creamy taste to them. It’s drizzled with ube syrup, but it would be interesting if the pancakes themselves were made of ube (not sure if it would mess up the way to make the pancakes themselves seeing that taro is starchy but id be curious to try it).
What was the real highlight of the trip was the soft serve ube ice cream. I was surprised how delicious it was. It’s very flavourful but not too sweet and served as the perfect portion. I’d definitely come back for it.
