During the hot months, I became a fan of ready-made meal kits. I tried Gomae, a vegan meal kit service. The cool part is a majority of their items come in reusable containers, something I love because most meal kit services do come in disposable boxes. I actually like Gomae over Oco Meals for this reason (they’re both managed by the same company). Their falafels are delicious, paired with chickpeas and rice in the other container depicted. I will have to order more once I get through the other meal-kit services, because Gomae is extremely healthy and I’ve always wanted to try being vegan, but I do lack the creativity to make those dishes. This company gives me ideas as they send me my lunch though!
