I swear by this recipe – it makes the crispiest shell and chewiest inside! And viola, no long life story before the recipe itself!
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Chosen Foods avocado oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray the pan and the parchment paper with cooking oil.
Combine the all the dry ingredients in one bowl. In a larger bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients.
Pour into pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 15-20 minutes.
