As peak BBQ season winds down, I’m holding on to the little bit of summer we have left and whipping up my favourite go to Filipino BBQ recipe and pairing it with a great (and not to mention local!) wine – the Inniskillin Riesling. 

This particular Riesling is from the Okanagan Estate and the price point makes it a great choice for an every day meal. The Riesling is a good balance of sweetness and dryness and has a lingering finish to it. I found citrus along with some sweet peachy flavours. This wine pairs great with chicken – which we grilled up with some lemongrass, but also did great with our pork skewers!
