We stopped by Steveston Pizza Co. and enjoyed it in the park nearby. One pizza was the Black, which is honey glazed chicken breast, fig, gorgonzola and marscarpone mousse and arugula julienne. The fig was a lovely sweet pairing with the marscarpone and chicken breast. The other pizza is the Mist, which is smoked salmon, crab, scallions and truffle scented tomatoes. I thought I’d like this one more, but I really enjoyed the Black. It’s that fig!
There’s also a pizza that’s $850, called the C6. It has a medley of tiger prawns, lobster ratatouille, smoked steelhead, Russian Osetra caviar, snowed with Italian white truffles. Definitely a flex pizza I will have when I am promoted one day.
