Dine Out Vancouver is back for another year running from January 14-31 with 3 course menu prices ranging from $20-60. I always enjoy this festival because I get a chance to try more of a restaurant’s menu at a bit of a discounted price.

Restaurants should have protocols in place for the safety of their guests, but this year I will be taking out / getting delivery as I myself haven’t personally returned to dine in yet.

I was pouring over the website and wanted to share some of the places that piqued my interest!

Alimentaria Mexicana
To Go available
This new Mexican restaurant located on Granville Island has all your faves but what caught my eye is the Birria tacos (which are super trendy at the moment).

The Acorn
One of my favourite spots in the neighbourhood, always a delicious meal.

Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio
This scenic restaurant is always a nice place for date night!

Voted one of Canada’s best restaurants, their menu is always interesting and delicious.

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar
One of the best spots in Vancouver for fine dining and seafood.

Bruno Restaurant
A newly opened high end restaurant in Richmond, this has been on my to-try list for a little while now!

Capo & The Spritz
If you’re looking for some classic good eats in a laidback setting, Capo & The Spritz is a great place to check out.

Chambar Restaurant
Chambar will never not be on my Dine Out Fest list. My favourite thing is their mussels (and get a cocktail while you’re there!).

Chewie’s Oyster Bar
A laidback and fun restaurant that serves up not only oysters but some Creole recipes – the Chicken Ballotina and Jambalaya were the ones that caught my eye.

CHI Vegan
To Go Available
If you’re looking for a fun twist on classics, CHI is the spot. Their dishes are always packed with flavour.

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar
Boasting more than just oysters some stand out items on the menu include their prawn papardelle, cioppino, and scallop frisee salad.

Frying Pan Kitchen & Bar
Korean fried chicken is the bomb and everyone knows it. If you haven’t had a chance to try Frying Pan’s chicken sandwich run, dont walk!

Joe Fortes Seafood and Chop House
A Vancouver institution, Joe Fortes is one of my family’s favourite places to eat. I find the value on their Dine Out menu is always a great option.

The Keg Steakhouse + Bar
To Go Available
Another Vancouver institution, their Dine Out Menu always provides great value and who can say no to STEAK AND LOBSTER?! 🙂

La Boqueria Tasting Room
To Go Available
This place is on my to-try list and I’m so glad they have a To Go option!

To Go Available
Another one of my favourite spots in the city – I’m pretty sure they’ve been on my round up lists since I started lists. I love the amount of options and of course, they are the most delicious Thai food in the city.

This plant based restaurant is a hip spot serving up all different types of dishes – but most noteably delicious takes on sushi rolls.

Minami is always a good option for Dine Out because it features a lot of things to sample off their menu!

An excellent spot for date night – plus their cocktails are a must!

Pepino’s Spaghetti House
A straightforward, fun atmosphere with amazingly delicious Italian dishes.

Potluck Hawker Eatery
Hawker but upscale it – their dishes are a marriage of bright, fun flavours and classics that you love.

This recently open restaurant is on my to-try list as well, it looks great!
