One of my favourite places to go before Cornucopia is Fuji Market. It is a Japanese market right next to the convention centre, and near it are two places I’ve reviewed before as well: Ohyama Ramen and Harajuku Izakaya Restaurant. In the past, I’ve enjoyed Ohyama’s vegan ramen, and then after a long day on the mountain, enjoying izakaya at the Harajuku Restaurant.

I got some daifuku, a sushi roll and a match latte to get me started on Cornucopia, and to keep me from getting a bit “spirited” too fast. It was hard to pick which snack to get, because they offer so many sweets and chips I’ve never tried before from Japan!

Definitely a great place to get a cheap eat in Whistler, and still try something new.
