Biko. Calamay. Suman. They’re all some sort of sticky rice dessert. What I made today was Biko..but I like calling it suman because, weirdly enough, that’s what I’ve been calling it since I was a kid.  Anyway, I can’t give you the recipe because it’s my mom’s recipe – but its fairly easy to find online!

You’ll need coconut milk, sweet rice and brown sugar.

Melt the brown sugar and coconut milk. Add the rice when it’s done.

Put the mixture into a mold, bake for a couple minutes.

Yummy, coconutty, sweet sticky rice goodness.
