I recently had Chinatown BBQ delivered to me as I was craving roast pork! The portion size is ok, it’s a little on the small side but was filling enough for lunch. The prices at Chinatown BBQ are fair and comparable to other Chinese BBQ places around the city. You can also have a beer or glass of wine with your bbq here if you feel like it.
I ordered the two meats Soy Chicken + Roasted Pork ($13.50). The crackling on the pork was perfect and tasty, not too salty. The pork itself is a bit on the saltier side, but very tender. The soy chicken has great flavor to it, it’s tender and the skin is not too salty. The quality is good overall for the meats, I’d definitely like to go back and try the other meats (BBQ pork and BBQ duck).
Overall, Chinatown BBQ is definitely a nice place to take friends if you want to take them to a Chinese place that’s on the “cleaner” side as it’s very modern looking.
