Choco Coo Cafe is located in Coquitlam – that was a lot of alliteration for the first sentence in a blog post! They specialize in desserts and have a bright, modern, hipster vibe to them.
Their specialty is their layered strawberry cake – it’s spongy vanilla cake layered with fresh strawberries and fresh cream.
They have an assortment of different cakes and dessert toasts, along with some speciality teas and coffees.
My tea was a little too sweet for my liking, so perhaps next time I’d ask for it half sweet.
They are opening up a new location in Vancouver in the months to come.
