For you Food Network fans, there is the celebrity stage that hosted not only some favourite Food Network celebrities but courses and demonstrations to help build up your culinary skills in the kitchen.
And, if you’re like me and there for the food- there are a handful of different Bites from Glowbal, BeaverTails, Max’s Chicken to name a few. There is a large area to try all different types of alcoholic beverages where you can chat with local experts and have a sample of their great products.
But between all that are the vendors who are for the most part local looking to get their name out there. This couldn’t ring more true than in the Hawkers Market area, a collective of bakers, cooks that may not necessarily have a traditional background (or any background at all) but are passionate in what they do. They have a great thing going on and you should definitely check them out right here.
