Why This Matters
The Consulate’s FRMC tasting highlighted how Filipino food is evolving—from classic sisig to bao-bun mashups—while staying rooted in coconut-rich flavours the 2025 festival spotlighted. Each plate tells a story of migration, family recipes, and sheer culinary hustle. When you dine at any of the spots above you’re not just eating well—you’re helping our community’s food scene thrive well beyond April.
