You might walk right past this place as it’s located in a Law building. This small cafe sits on the ground floor with your typical coffee, sandwiches, pastries and…East Indian food? Yep.
For about $9, you get a bowl of butter chicken, naan and rice. While it may not look like much, it was much better tasting than I thought it’d be! The butter chicken isn’t too heavy and oily, but had a great flavour. The sauce is thick and the serving has good portions of chicken in it.
I dare say this is the best Indian food in this area. Definitely a hole in the wall, but something you should check out if you’re craving good butter chicken! I’ll have to come back to try the curries and other things they have on the menu (looking at you, Mango Lassi!).
