Not really a review per se, but more of a local special. McDonald’s is a lot more expensive on the island – most breakfast meals are at least $6-9.
Anyway, so Hawaii loves its spam. There is spam musubi available in even the local 7-11s and are a staple at every japanese eatery.
Go figure that Mcdonalds would offer for breakfast a deluxe local platter which consisted of rice, eggs, portuguese sausage and surprise, surprise- Spam!
Every meal also comes with Pineapple cubes. Yep..by the end of my trip, I am going to be up to my ears in Pineapple.
