According to Food Banks Canada Hunger Count 2022 Food Bank use rose to the highest level in Canadian history in 2022.
Subway has teamed up with Food Banks Canada during November 1-20th to help raise awareness. $1 from every transaction in the Subway App and online orders will be donated to the Never Miss Lunch program.
Never Miss Lunch aims to provide nutritious food to kids in need during the summer months when many school-based lunch programs end. The program will support child hunger initiatives in 190 communities across Canada.
