We’ve been #blessed with a decade of highlighting great craft breweries thanks to Vancouver Craft Beer Week. What started out as a festival week expanded into Western’s Canada’s most anticipated beer and cider festival that promotes beer culture through music, food, art and of course craft beer across our great city.

VCBW 2019 kicks off on Friday, May 31 with a Kickoff Party at Beaumont Studios – the theme? Aluminum! Dust off your shiny sequins and dance the night away with craft beer in one hand (or both, I’m not here to judge). The ever delicious DownLow Chicken Shack will be onsite cooking up their fantastic chicken sandwiches while there will be plenty of breweries representing! The event is $25 and gets you your first beer ($6 for additional drinks). The party gets started at 6pm. My preferred event over all is the Festival itself at the PNE Grounds on June 8 and 9th. Here, you’ll be able to roam the grounds and try some new breweries or enjoy the ones you love. In between – you’ll find music and food: over 20 food trucks and lots of live performances. For more information and to buy festival tickets, check it out here: https://vancouvercraftbeerweek.com/festival/

The Schedule:
Saturday June 8, 2-7pm
Sunday June 9, 12-5pm

The Cost:
Single day tickets: $39
Weekend pass: $65
Tokens: $2, all beer are one token per 4 oz sample
