The perfect way to kick off the summer is a glass of rose and paella on the patio. Skip the cooking yourself and head over to Ancora for their Paella and Rose parties happening June 8th at both locations.

On top of a Mediterranean inspired menu, you’ll be treated to six different types of roses both local and international. Of course the star of the show is the Peruvian style Paella made with local crab, prawns, scallops and clams along with chimichurri and Huancaina aioli.
