There is a new restaurant in town and it just so happens to have a waterfront locale. ARC is located in the Fairmont Waterfront. ARC features a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu that’s medium to high range in price with twists on favourites. An example: Sablefish sweet and sour! Sounds delicious.

The space is beautiful, curved and one of Vancouver’s newest destinations to enjoy seasonal items, local craft beers and an assortment of wines and cocktails.

The executive Chef Dana Hauser is the first female executive chef at the luxury brand of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and what a pleasure to see that! I’d love to see more female chefs in Vancouver. Chef Hauser loves gardening and that truly reflects with the Fairmont’s 2100 square foot organic rooftop garden.

I was invited to check out not only ARC but some of the $12 million dollar upgrade the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel has gone through including the Fairmont Gold – an exclusive area with it’s own private check in, concierge service, lounge area to name a few. What a beautiful place to getaway even for an evening, or the perfect place to indulge if you’re coming to Vancouver.
