BiBo’s second location is finally open at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall in Richmond.
BiBo started off in Kitsilano, offering delicious Italian home-style cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. They’re looking to bring that sense of home to travellers and locals alike at the Outlet Mall.
All their ingredients are fresh and sourced from Italy – including olive oil that has come from Tuscany and Campania, Porcini from Piedmont and olives and artichokes being sourced from a family farm in Salerno. BiBo’s pizza chefs all hail from Napoli and have been formerly trained at the Neapolitan Pizza School.
If the appetizers and dishes served at the VIP event are any indication of what to expect when visiting BiBo, we’ll definitely be back for more!
