As you probably know, we are big fans of buffets here in the De Los Santos familia, so when we heard that there was a breakfast buffet available at Whistler during our stay and conveniently at the hotel we were staying at, we just had to check it out! The Wildflower Restaurant is located on the main floor of the Fairmont Whistler and is open for breakfast Monday to Friday from 7am to 10:30am and Saturday-Sunday from 7am-11am.
The buffet is $42 per person and $21 per child (at the time of writing this). The amount seems pretty fair and standard for most buffets.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of breakfast staples including toasts, sausages, bacon, a cereal bar and fruit bar. I loved their sweets table that included donuts, muffins, loafs and tarts. They also had freshly made cinnamon buns, oats, some smoked fish and a hot station with pork belly and ham, along with a build your own omelette station where someone was standing there to take your order and make it fresh before your eyes.
I loved the selection at the buffet and left feeling very full after two plates of food. I like that there were staples you would come to expect when going to a buffet but more elevated in quality, along with some nice surprises like donuts and pork belly. The service is attentive and our drinks were always topped up and our plates were cleared fairly quickly as well.
I would definitely recommend checking out the buffet if you’re staying at the hotel or nearby and you’ve got a good appetite!
