Harken Coffee is a nice, chill spot. I had the Harken Breakfast, which is “inspired by the morning meal of Buddhist Monks”. The dish is still very fusion as when I travelled abroad, I had the aforementioned Buddhist food. In the breakfast, they served creamy salted beets in plum sauce, broccoli goma ae, cured tofu with Harken vinaigrette, Daikon slaw with house made mayo and eggplants with miso glaze. Whatever the crunchy powder was on the rice was delicious! My favourite was the salted beets and cured tofu for sure.
