The original Kim Penh shut down because they knocked down all the restaurants that way to build a new condo. But no fear, they’re opened again and very close by. In fact, right across the Broadway Canada Line station! They are open 24 hours (although I’ve gone past there and saw the lights off..?).
My favourite is always the Steak Pho. While not the best in town, it’s probably one of the cheaper places. Plus it’s open 24/7, so if I’m feeling like some pho after a concert, this is my go to.
The managers and servers here are friendly and chat with you. Not like your typical Asian joint! Also, they advertise delivery. This might get dangerous at 2 in the morning.
