I’ve been travelling a lot to Langley for weddings during the summer. I had some time to kill in the downtown area, and read a few books at the Timms Community Centre, which is absolutely gorgeous! Around in the neighborhood, I tried a few things before I had to run off to my wedding.

Meowdel Tea Studio

This cute little bubble tea shop features cat art, sculptures, music and the staff wear kitty ear hats. They also serve ice cream, coffee and espresso drinks.

The owners are both graphic designers, so I wondered if some of the art on the walls were theirs! If you have a cat lover in your life, this is a great shop to take them to.

EGGBomB

EGGBOMB is a unique brunch spot in Langley. They serve all-day breakfast and lunch. I had a dalgona rose latte, where I poured over espresso over the rose into my drink. I’m one of the many who got into the dalgona craze over the pandemic. My home-made one pales in comparison to getting it here!

For brunch, I had their teriyaki beef EGGBOMB sandwich. Topped with a running egg yolk and teriyaki beef, the inside of the sandwich is a fluffy plain omelette. I could not finish this, it was a generous serving!

I want to come back to have their cute, character macarons (Totoro, Hello Kitty, Minions, etc) and to try their croffles!
