Whistler is welcoming a delicious new Thai restaurant – Mekong. Highlighting local ingredients and fresh in-season produce speaking to the complex flavours you’d find at Chef Angus An’s Maenam.
Thai Chef Bonnie Khummuang who cooked alongside Chef An and served as head chef at Longtail Kitchen in New Westminster will be heading the new restaurant.
The menu will include inventive snacks and sides along with family-style dishes. More information to come as they open their doors on July 1, 2023.
