Ohyama Ramen is a little slice of Japanese culture in the heart of Whistler Village. The interior is dressed to make you feel like you’re in a small street of Japan grabbing a bowl of ramen, which is cute.

The pricing here is pretty standard to that of Vancouver prices (although maybe slightly more expensive for certain dishes, but it’s Whistler!).

I ordered the Vegan Ramen – it’s made with kale noodles (yep, it’s a thing!), shiitake, corn, rape blossom, bean sprouts, onion chips, garlic oil all in a nice, warm, creamy veggie broth. Ramen is always a great choice to have, especially when you’re in cooler temperatures. It was a nice, comforting but quick meal to have in the village.
