Donuts. There is very little that is better than deep fried dough covered in sugar. How else can you make it more enjoyable? By making them bite sized with different flavours to enjoy. And that’s how Outpost Donuts gets you. That lingering smell of donuts being freshly made and the cinnamon and sugar – it’s intoxicating.
Classic Flavours are on the menu all year round including cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, chocolate icing with sprinkles (my favourite), vanilla bean icing with sprinkles and maple icing with sprinkles. But there are also seasonal donuts including lemon, blueberry and coconut to name a few.
What I loved about them is that they are freshly made, so they were piping hot when I ordered them. They are a bit airy in the middle, I tend to like my doughnuts more cakey with weight, but these were enjoyable on a hot summer day as they didnt bog me down. Super cozy place to visit if you’re in the area.
