I recently visited Paragon Tea Room (located in Porto Cafe) where they serve specialty teas, kombucha/herbucha and offer different brewing methods.
One of their secret menu items is the Matcha Fizz, made with Ceremonial grade Matcha and sparkling natural mineral water, it is the perfect drink for a warm summer day! Matcha is known for being rich in antioxidants, but also a great alternative to coffee for a caffeine buzz.
The matcha has a great taste to it, not too bitter or too sweet and the fizzy water gives it a nice edge to clean the palate.
I’ll be back to try more off their menu!
