Patisserie Fur Elise is like being in a doll house. With wonderful decor and a friendly staff, it was a pleasant place to have high tea. The food was delicious, and the selection of tea was an eclectic mix.
It was Selma’s birthday, so we were celebrating and catching up! She got the Darjeeling tea and I got the Honey Scented Black Tea. The honey scented black tea was so fragrant and sweet, I hardly had to add milk or sugar. I didn’t want to dilute the taste with milk, because the tea was so flavorful.
This blueberry parfait was so good! It wasn’t too sweet.
They had a home made three berry jam that was so delicious on the plain scone they served with this. They had brie and prosciutto on the croissant, spinach and mushroom quiche, ham and spinach scone, cucumber sandwich were all delicious. They also prepared Selma a non-pork options.
They served us Madeleines, macaroons, and several cakes!
I will be talking more about this for Tea Tuesday tomorrow!Such a cute place, with a wonderful vibe. It filled up really quickly, so it’s best you reserve first!
