Sugarfina has teamed up with Sanrio in creating a limited edition candy mix!
There are 7 types of candies:
Hello Kitty’s Bow Gummies – shaped in her classic bow and strawberry flavour
Hello Kitty’s Mama’s Apple Pie Gummies – apparently, Hello Kitty’s favourite dessert is here mom’s apple pie!
Keroppi’s Donut Pond Jelly Beans – these jellies are key-lime and have a slightly sweet, slightly tart taste.
Bad Badtz Maru Mischievious Pops – they look pretty unassuming as chocolate balls but inside is pop-rocks type candy!
Gudetama’s Lazy Gummy Eggs – these are orange juice flavoured and although I read it at first and was like, “umm, probably not my favourite flavour?” – I really like the flavour, it’s not overwhelming but a nice light hint of orange.
Chococat’s Chocolate Caramels – pretty self explanatory!
My Melody’s Sweet Pearls – these are chocolate dipped in pink and white pearly shells.
You can buy the collection per box or you can create your own Sanrio Bento Box and choose 3 of your favourite.
There is also the Hello Kitty Candy Bento Box which is not only filled with the two Hello Kitty flavours, but have special labels on the cubes.
I dont know about you guys, but I’m a huge fan of Sanrio. I grew up on the characters – my favourites growing up were Keroppi, Monkichi, Little Twin Stars to name a few. I’ve seen them do many more collabs recently and it’s great to see not only another generation enjoy them, but the characters being enjoyed by all walks of life!
The collection can be found online and at Sugarfina stores until supplies last. At the Vancouver location in Nordstrom, they were forecasting the treats to be around for maybe a week before it gets sold out – so if you want to get in on this collection, I suggest doing it soon!
