The delicious flavours from SUYO will be highlighted with their Pollada lunch service on July 28, 2024 – aligning with Peruvian Independence Day.

The Pollada is inspired by a traditional Peruvian chicken dish that is popular with family gatherings and community.

This exclusive event is $79 per person and is served family-style in three 90-minute seatings at 11am, 12:30pm and 2pm.

The menu features:

  • Halibut Ceviche: red onion, aji limo, choclo, cancha, leche de tigre
  • Windberry Farms Grilled Chicken: cabbage, lettuce and tomato salad, trio of aji sauces, yuca fries
  • Lucuma Popsicles: A cold and refreshing sweet treat made with lucuma, a native Peruvian fruit

Enjoy traditional Peruvian beverages such as chilcanos, chicha morada, and my personal favourite – a trio of pisco sours (maracuya, chicha morada, and classic).
