Vashti Rose is just on Saint Johns street, walking distance from Rocky Point Park. This ice cream shop is nice and chill compared to the beach which can be a little packed full of people. I enjoyed Vegan Chocolate Cookies and Cream, and my friends raved about their Saffron & Rose Water & Pistacho nut scoop.
The great thing about Vashti Rose is that they focus on using real ingredients and not artificial flavours, and use organic and local sourced milk, cream, eggs and sugar. They also say they bake the things that go into their ice cream. And I can certainly tell with my vegan scoop – it wasn’t too sweet, and the cream was light and refreshing.
Definitely will be back for more flavour tastings!
