After declaring a state of emergency due to the wildfires here in BC, local and iconic restaurant chain White Spot and Triple O’s will be holding a fundraising day to support Canadian Red Cross relief for those impacted by the hundreds of wildfires currently burning in BC.
On Thursday, July 29, all restaurants throughout BC (including the BC Ferries offering White Spot) will donate $2 from every burger sale (excluding Pirate Paks, Kids Meals, delivery and other discounts). In addition, the Government of Canada and the Government of BC will match each dollar donated (totalling to $6 donation for every burger sold).
